I'm James, I'm 25 years old and this website displays some of the things I create. I enjoy taking on new challenges, exploring the unknown and working within tight time-frames to execute projects.
Since my degree in Music Technology, I enjoy combining arts and modern technology. My final project was an experiment to see how music and sound can affect human emotions. In parallel, I worked full-time jobs in PR, Marketing, sales and managing/writing music with Singer/Songwriter Jack Woodward.
After graduation, I decided to take a major leap of faith and move to Mainland China. Studying music for most of my life left me feeling like I needed to see what else was out there and I have been grateful for the opportunity to discover new cultures, languages, lifestyles and hobbies.
For the last 3 and a half years I have enjoyed working in international workplaces with people from all over the world to collaborate on projects with. Some of my personal highlights were staying and training in a Muay Thai camp in Thailand, traveling around Asia with my camera, working with my good friend Filip Kobuszewski producing Sichuan Hip-Hop songs which were performed in front of thousands of people at company galas for the likes of Pizza Hut China, KFC China & i2 International Institute. Towards the end of my time in China, Filip and I, along with two other friends, also founded a media production house named Eskimo Productions to try and build our brand and promote the music in China and the world.
Currently living in Hong Kong, I’m working on my debut photography book, collage art, and anything I can sink my teeth into. Looking for creative projects to pursue locally and world-wide.
